This quietening, peace-bringing and relaxing meditation lasts about 18 minutes.
It is an all-purpose meditation to quieten you, to give you access to your nonconscious platform, ie your unconscious mind and subconscious mind.
To make any change work in yourself, you need to allow the conscious mind to have ’down time’, allow it to rest.
Doing this meditation means that you are giving the conscious mind ’time-out’ and allowing your subconsious mind to dominate and be receptive to suggestions.
Remember, to just allow yourself to let go, relax and enjoy the experience.
